• Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling.
• If we are unable to provide services as agreed, we will offer a partial or full refund depending on the case.

4. Payment & Billing Policy

• Payments must be made in full before any consultation service begins.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of services.
